Photo made with following macro combination:
- Canon EOS 40D camera,
- macro extension tubes 37mm,
- Canon EF 70-300mm f/4-5.6 IS USM lens
- Raynox DCR-250 super macro conversion lens mounted in front of the telephoto lens
- external flash Speedlite 430EX II.
I made this hand held - very tricky, because the fly was moving fast on the glass, and the DOF is very shallow with this macro combination. Finally, the fly stopped for a drink, so I had a little more time, to take some photos. OK, 1 of 10 photos was good enough focused.
